Medical emergencies are stressful enough. Unexpected ambulance bills shouldn't add to that burden.

The Patriot Emergency Response Community Support Program provides valuable benefits for individuals and families while helping support the continued availability of high-quality emergency medical services in our community.

The Community Support Program Benefits are valid from July 4, 2026 - July 3, 2027.

Program Member Benefits

50% Off Patient Responsibility

Members receive a 50% reduction of eligible patient-responsibility balances after insurance payments and contractual adjustments have been applied for services provided by Patriot Emergency Response.

Three Free Lift Assists

Membership includes up to three (3) non-transport lift assists annually for covered members.

Discounted Non-Emergent Transports

Members receive discounted rates for eligible non-emergent transportation services, including transportation to medical appointments and procedures.

Support Local EMS

Your membership helps support the availability of local emergency medical services and allows us to continue investing in our providers, equipment, and community.

Discounted CPR Classes

Gain valuable life-saving skills at a reduced cost through member-exclusive pricing on select CPR courses offered through Patriot Emergency Response.

Individual Membership

Household Membership

Coverage for all permanent residents living within the same household who are listed on the membership application.

Veteran Membership

Discounted membership available to eligible veterans. Proof of veteran status is required.

We hope you don't need an ambulance this year. Most of our members likely won't. The Community Support Program is about more than preparing for the unexpected. It is an opportunity to support the emergency medical services that protect our community every day.

Every membership helps Patriot Emergency Response invest in the people, equipment, training, and resources needed to provide high-quality care when emergencies happen. Your support helps us recruit and retain dedicated providers, purchase advanced medical equipment, maintain our ambulances, and continue serving the communities that rely on us.

You may never need an ambulance, but your neighbor might. A friend, family member, coworker, or fellow community member may find themselves facing a medical emergency tomorrow. By joining the Community Support Program, you are helping ensure that when that call comes, highly trained EMS professionals are ready to respond with the tools and resources they need.

Membership also provides valuable benefits should you or a covered family member require our services. Even if you never use those benefits, you can take pride in knowing your membership helped strengthen local EMS and support your community.

When you join the Community Support Program, you are not simply purchasing a membership. You are investing in the health, safety, and future of the community we all call home.

To enroll in the Patriot Emergency Response Community Support Program, simply complete the appropriate membership application below. Once your application has been submitted, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can pay using a debit or credit card.

  • Benefits apply only to services provided by Patriot Emergency Response or an agency operating under a mutual aid agreement with Patriot Emergency Response. At this time, the only agency that holds a mutual aid agreement with Patriot Emergency Response is NorthWest EMS.

  • Complete the online application and membership payment form.

  • Yes! However, memberships renew every year on July 4th. Your membership will only be valid for the remainder of this membership period.
